Dan Norman is the one who coined the term ‘UX design"

Just a clarification and to quote him. He started to used the term User Experience while in Apple but the term was already been used by others. It became popular with him.

He never used UX + Design, indeed he complained about the associatation with UX + Design in a video in 2016 pointing out that now people say they day desing an app a web app and forgot that UX it's everything, meaninig any end-user that one that take the bus, the one using a taxi service and in the end even a employee in its "use" of the company.

Most likely the original word paired with UX, it was UX Architect cause he was working in what Apple called the User Experience Architect/ure Office.
